Executive Chef Simon Bushby and his team honour the seasons of the Highlands with a menu that reflects the rich variety of local fish, meats, game, vegetables, fruits and herbs. The Haven Restaurant has become celebrated for producing its own fresh breads, ice Cream, desserts and much more.

  • Grilled Goats Cheese Tartlet, with Red Onion Compote, Dried Cherry Tomatoes and a Wild Rocket Salad (v) starter

  • Dark Chocolate Fondant, with Cardamom Ice Cream and Berry Compote. dessert
Our wines are carefully chosen to complement the menu. House wines are sold by the bottle and by the glass.
A lunch menu is available throughout the morning and afternoon, including Sandwiches, Fish and Chips and Ice Creams in The Haven Restaurant and it's Beer Garden. (For when the sun is shining!)
