Tingle Creek Dinner Menu
at the Tingle Creek Hotel . . .
We offer a restaurant menu and a bar menu with daily specials.
Vegetarian dishes and a children's menu are always available.
From our restaurant and bar menus, try some of our specialities:
  • Loch Eishort Mussels, locally rope grown mussels, steamed in white wine, garlic and our own fresh herbs, served with crusty bread.
  • Isle of Skye Langoustines, creel caught in the waters around the Isle of Skye, these langoustines are well worth trying. Served hot and sautéed in garlic & Lime butter with homemade crusty bread.
  • Highland Venison Cobbler, braised wild venison from the Scottish Highlands, slowly cooked with root vegetables and juniper berries, bound in a rich redcurrant and red wine gravy topped with mature cheddar herb scones.
  • Scottish Eton Mess, a variation of the traditional Scottish Cranachan with layers of crushed meringue, honey and whisky cream raspberries and toasted oatmeal, served with Scottish shortbread.
  • Baileys Chocolate Truffle Gateau, a soft chocolate sponge base, with a Baileys and cream truffle topping with chocolate curls and fresh cream. A chocolate lovers heaven!
We specialise in homemade desserts that will tantalise your tastebuds.
We offer an excellent wine menu, aimed at complimenting all of our dishes.
We have an extensive range of malt whiskies and evening liquors.
Please note our restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but residents can eat in Tingle Creek's Galleon Bar, details of which are provided at the time of booking.
